  • Can I buy your products as an indivdual/private?
    Our wholesale factory is operated as B2B/business startups at this stage. We will be looking into selling as online retail later in the upcoming months.
  • Do you offer discounts/B2B pricing?
    Yes! While anyone is available to order online, we offer discounted prices for all our products if you are a business or starting up a business. Send us your business inquiry for more information.
  • I'm a business owner/starting-up a business, how do I order?
    If you have already been assigned to one of our product cosualtant, you are welcomed to register on our web store. Once we confirm which client/business you are, you can login to start placing orders. For new business owners, please contact us first by providing some details about your shop operation or business type (eg. business name, location, work contacts). We will assign one of our product consultants specific to your area and they'll be happy to get in touch with you for further assistance.
  • How much is shipping?
    Different regions are setup to determine which branch will be sent out to each client's zone. You can read more about which region to select on our 'Shipping Info' page. To ensure you get the correct shipping fee zone allocated to you, please choose the correct 'State' saved in your delivery address. Or contact your product consultant to inform you which region to select.
  • Shipping fees procedures and promotions?
    We send all our products with a tracking code and signature required via New Zealand Couriers or Post Haste. Shipping will be automatically calculated at the end of checkout which prices varies on the weight, size of parcel and the delivery location. As we are using a third-party website to operate an online store ordering of our products, there are complications and limitations present that may not work accordingly with our own promotions/discount rules to function on this website. We will be in touch with you if any problems occur regarding your order or shipping price. You can read more about shipping on our 'Shipping Info' page.
  • When will my order ship?
    Once we confirm payment has been received, we dispatch packages every weekdays by 2:30 PM. Ensure the correct reference is used when paying for a smooth process. Generally 1-3 standard working days nationwide for clients to receive their package if no delays present.
  • Is GST already included?
    Our products do not have GST included. GST fees will be applied at the checkout for you to see.
  • What form of payment do you accept?

  • What is the expiry date of your products?
    Generally our range of procducts best before date is 1 - 1.5 years. If you need exact dates, please contact your product consultant.
  • How do I store the products?
    Unopened and opened products of our concentrated juices, tea leaves, non-dairy creamer, and flavoured powders can be kept on shelf, away from sunlight. This also includes unopened toppings range. OPENED TOPPINGS range (agar jelly balls, popping boba, and coconut jelly) must be stored in an airtight container and kept refrigerated. Ideally best to use within 3 months for best quality of taste.
